Booking

 

Please contact us for details of availability either by phone (01955 611251) or email (info@johnogroatsguesthouse.com).

 

Bookings shall be deemed to be made on the customer's receipt of an acceptance email and our receipt of a £10.00 non-refundable deposit per person, per night. The deposit is transferrable to an alternate date (subject to availability and at least 7 days notice).

 

 

Payment

 

Payment of deposits should be made by cheque or debit card, please make cheques payable to 'M. Pewtress'.

Payment for the balance of your stay should be made by cash or debit card.

 

 

Cancellation

 

Cancellation of a booking must be conveyed to the proprietor at least 7 days prior to the first date on which the accommodation is to be provided.

If a cancellation occurs after this time, or if the customer does not turn up at all, the proprietor shall be entitled to charge the price of one nights stay in the accommodation booked.

 

 

Arrival Time

 

Please feel free to arrive at any time, although your room may not be ready until mid-afternoon on the day of your arrival. If you are going to arrive after 9pm, please let us know.

 

 

Departure Time

 

We kindly ask that our guests check out by 10.30am.

 

 

Breakfast

 

Breakfast is normally served between 7.30am and 9am. 

 

 

Dietary Requirements

 

Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements at time of booking and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

 

 

Pets

 

Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept pets into the Guest House.
