Terms and Conditions
All bookings should be made at least 48 hours before your intended stay. This is to ensure the safety of our guests in these troubled times.
In line with current regulations, all guests will need to provide individual contact details.

Payment for your stay should be made by cash or debit card on the day of your departure.
Cancellation of a booking must be conveyed to the proprietor at least 7 days prior to the first date on which the accommodation is to be provided.
If a cancellation occurs after this time, or if the customer does not turn up at all, the proprietor shall be entitled to charge the price of one nights stay in the accommodation booked.
Please time your arrival for after 3pm, to allow us to ensure that your room is properly prepared. If you are going to arrive after 9pm, please let us know.
We kindly ask that our guests check out by 10.30am.
Breakfast is normally served between 7.30am and 9am.
Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements at time of booking and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept pets into the Guest House.
