Adam Short was just passing our door. We asked him if he was alright and did he need some water, he said he'd "love a cup of coffee". So we invited him in and his story unfolded.

He is a remarkable young man who is walking the coastline of Britain, all 6,800 miles of it. He is also wild camping which means he has to carry a pack weighing 22kg.
